Whats the best SLR digital camera that i can get for this price? 
My friend wants to get a nice SLR digital camera, he said he was willing to spend one thousand dollars for the camera, whats the best camera for that? hes prolly gonna take pics of snowboarding, skateboarding, modeling poses, random stuff, etc.
