Fire Release: Flame Rasengan

Jiraiya's variation of the Rasengan added with his fire nature. Jiraiya creates a normal Rasengan and covers it in flaming fire chakra. He then hits the opponent, causing a blazing maelstrom of fire, reducing the victim to ashes.
