Man in coma for 23 years was awake all along; Tried to scream but no one permalink
Imagine this, your whole body gets paralyzed resulting in your muscles becoming useless but your brain works just fine. And since you cannot tell anyone that you can listen/hear/see, everyone thinks that you are in a coma.
