Why French women don’t get old - Times Online permalink
This is not going to be another hagiography about a France that does not quite exist. I lived in Paris, France for 12 months before university, and when you are a 19-year-old girl, a less forgiving, more intrusively sexually aggressive city this side of Riyadh it is hard to contemplate. The capital of chic and gastronomie? Pas vraiment.
