DiNapoli has instituted many reforms to the pension fund since he took office, including banning the use of placement agents, paid intermediaries and registered lobbyists; announcing pension fund performance quarterly; giving out 30 day reports on pension fund transaction, and establishing a Code of Conduct for everyone who is doing business with the fund.
